Qualitative research

I worked in the Labour Party strategy and insight team for two years up to the 2024 General Election, delivering regular focus groups and polling insight. I continue to recruit, moderate and analyse qualitative research, across think tank and government sectors.

Data and place

I produced a national Towns Index whilst at Hope Not Hate, and a national data dashboard for AB Charitable Trust. I provide detailed geo-demographic analysis, alongside work within neighbourhoods, to understand the role of place in policy-making.

Writing and narrative

I am a published author and writer, including projects like 'Thinking In Straight Lines', which explored framing in the political context. I have widespread experience in both strategic and frontline comms roles, and a particular interest in the role of narrative.
